Pre and Post Cruise Tours;
- You’re welcome to fly in early to tour Athens or stay a few extra days to see Rome. Hotel and tour packages are available.
Airfare:
- Right now, roundtrip airfare from Louisville to Athens and Rome to Louisville is around $2000 for two people through Royal Caribbean. We can help with airfare, or you can arrange that on your own.
- We always recommend flying in the night before a cruise . We will make hotel arrangements if you’d like.

The total package price you see covers two people in one cabin. This includes your accommodations, all meals in the Main Restaurant, buffet, and select spots around the ship, casino entry, fitness center access, sundeck and pools, live music in bars and lounges, kids clubs, daytime activities onboard, art exhibitions and auctions, and ice cream.
This total package price does not include airfare, transfers, pre- or post-cruise hotel, alcohol, wifi, laundry services, gambling, shore excursions, photos, or purchases made in the shops onboard the ship.
You need to make a reservation and deposit as soon as possible to assure the best pricing and availability, especially if you're looking to have more than one cabin in the same area of the ship.
Prices and availabitily are guaranteed until April 17, 2024 or until sold out. Additional space should be available after that, but at higher prices.
The final payment for the cruise is due on or before July 12, 2024.

Assigned seatings in the dining rom are currently available at 6:00 p.m. Or you can choose My Time Dining.
My Time Dining is one of the options you’ll get to choose from when you book your cruise. Unlike traditional dining — where a dining time is assigned to you — guests who opt for My Time Dining can eat in the Main Dining Room anytime they like during dinner hours, according to availability. Reservations are strongly recommended. My Time Dining uses the same menu as traditional seating.
All travelers, regardless of vaccination status, are welcome to cruise with us and will no longer be required to provide proof of pre-departure testing. Masks are no longer required onboard ship.
From Roycaribbean Cruises: If any of our guests or crew members ever feel unwell during their sailing, they can be immediately evaluated by medical staff, with an in-stateroom visit or by video tele-consultation. A multitude of evaluative tests can be conducted right onboard in our medical lab. This is just one capability of our enhanced Medical Center.
Travel Insurance is not required but is highly recommended. The Travel Tutor will quote you a price for travel insurance that will cover the cost of the entire trip (cruise, airfare, hotel). Why do I need travel insurance?
