Always wanted to see Alaska, but didn't know how or were a bit nervous to travel on your own? Be part of a group The Travel Tutor is leading to Alaska next summer on a trip to see glaciers, wildlife, and amazing scenery by ship, train, and motor coach.
Your vacation of a lifetime begins with a 10-night Princess Cruisetour of Alaska, the Great Land, on June 19, 2019. You’ll sail on the 7-night Voyage of the Glaciers cruise with Princess Cruise Lines, the #1 cruise line in Alaska for the past 11 years, onboard the beautiful Island Princess sailing from Vancouver, British Columbia. Ports of call include Icy Strait Point, Juneau, and Skagway. The schedule also includes two days of scenic cruising around Glacier Bay National Park and College Fjord.
After disembarking the ship in Whittier, you will travel to Denali National Park via a double-decker glass-domed train through amazing scenery. Spend one night each in the Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge and the Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge. The Denali stay includes a 5-hour Natural History Tour of Denali by the National Park Service. Spend a final night in Anchorage before flying home.
